Our organic Negin saffron is a noble spice known for its unique color and intense aroma. It is the highest quality form of saffron, carefully hand-harvested and selected from the finest saffron threads of the Crocus sativus flower. To produce 1 kg of dried organic Negin saffron, between 150,000 and 200,000 saffron flowers are needed, which equals approximately 150 kg of fresh saffron flowers.
