We come from the Khorasan province, known as the "Land of the Sunrise," and from the city of Kashmar, which means "Mother's Embrace." Our roots lie in the middle of saffron fields, where we used to harvest before dawn to achieve the best quality. Our childhood was steeped in this culinary experience. For many years, we have been exporting this high-quality saffron to Europe, among other places. During harvest season, from October to the end of November, many houses were filled with the scent of saffron. Kids helped their mothers in sorting the saffron, and the threads were separated and dried by hand – a delicate task that was carried out with great care from start to finish. We grew up in this environment and know best how to ensure quality while appreciating the meticulous work of our farmers, partners, and treating our growers and nature in a fair and sustainable manner.
